Dianne’s Passing
It is with the greatest sadness that I have to inform you of the passing of my wife, Dianne, on Wednesday August 25th, aged 72.
Dianne was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March and, despite the best endeavours of several specialists and her own tremendous fighting spirit, it was all to no avail. She passed away peacefully in her sleep in Katharine House Hospice in Stafford in the early hours of Wednesday morning, having gone into the Hospice two days earlier.
The funeral will be a cremation at Stafford Crematorium on Friday September 17th at 12 noon. The service will be streamed live on the following link via username vimi7620 and password 170140.
We are having family flowers only but if you would like to make a donation this will be very much appreciated and split jointly between Macmillan Cancer Support and Katharine House Hospice in Stafford, both of which have been extremely kind and caring to Dianne in recent weeks.
